FREE SHIPPING IN EUROPE & U.K. OVER 500 EURO

When a order is placed we will process it in no ore than 3 working days.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
As part of our commitment to a more sustainable business, all of our delivery are completely carbon neutral, utilising DHL’s GoGreen shipping initiative.

We offer our exclusive gift packaging with every order: your purchase will be packed in our certified FSC eco-friendly box, further contributing to our efforts to provide a better future environment.

The FSC® label ensures that all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut than the forest can reproduce. This translates to enhanced protection for animal and plant life, with foresters receiving proper training, safety equipment, and a decent wage.

You can track your order via the shipping confirmation email.

Items shipped with express shipping will take from 3 to 5 days in Europe while we can't provide a perfect timing for the rest of the world since it depends on your Country customs laws.
Many of our items are unique and unrepeatable pieces, so only after our availability check of the object we will proceed with the payment charge on your account.
The replicable collections are also entirely handmade and those items may take some weeks to be realized.
It will be our courtesy to inform you about the actual processing time of the items you choose in the confirmation mail.

            IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES                      

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, local taxes, brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges may be applied by the destination country’s authorities.

These charges are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not imposed, collected, or retained by INGA Boutique.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that some international marketplaces and retailers may include duties and taxes within their retail prices. In such cases, these charges are still paid but are collected in advance and incorporated into the final selling price.

Customs regulations, duty rates, and import taxes vary from country to country and may change without notice. INGA Boutique has no control over these government-imposed charges.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges required by the destination country.

 

Refusal of delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes

Should an order be refused by the recipient owing to the non-payment of duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees applied by the destination country, any return costs, customs charges, administrative fees and amounts levied by carriers for the return of the goods will be deducted from any refund due and, where they exceed that refund, may be charged to the recipient.

In the case of special made-to-order products, for which no refund is provided, the costs relating to the return of the goods remain in all cases the responsibility of the recipient.

Duties, taxes and customs charges applied by the authorities of the destination country are not determined, collected or withheld by INGA s.n.c. and remain solely the responsibility of the recipient.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Please note that pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the provision of “products that are custom packaged or that are  personalised. 
We DO NOT accept returns, on our products that are custom packaged.

If the product you ordered does not match your size, you can replace it within 14 days of receipt and your order.

Our returns lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused
and in the same condition that you received it.

The Product shall be kept, handled and examined with the level of care to be normally expected, please try your shoes on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for an exchange.

INGASIRMIONE reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.


The returned product must be in the original packaging equipped with labels, dust bag and information leaflets and the box cannot be used as a parcel for delivery but must be protected in another package so as not to be damaged.

Only items that have been purchased through our website are eligible for a return/exchange.

The transport costs for the change are charged to the customer.
You are responsible for the cost of returning
your items through the courier of your choice.

In case of exchange of an item, the user will be responsible for the costs incurred

for returning the items through the courier of his choice.
Once the exchange has been made, INGASIRMIONE will send back the exchange for free. Please check out about 2-3 weeks for the item to be exchanged.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES OUTSIDE EUROPE

When the package returns to Italy from a country outside the European Union customs and import duties are required at customs, which are estimated at around 26-28% of the price paid for the product will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Otherwise we cannot guarantee the receipt of your shipment.

 


EXCHANGES
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to: shop@ingasirmione.com
