SHIPPING POLICY


FREE SHIPPING IN EUROPE AND THE UNITED KINGDOM ON ORDERS OVER €500


Once an order has been placed, we usually process it within 3 working days, subject to product availability.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Many of our items are unique and unrepeatable pieces. For this reason, we may verify the actual availability of the selected item before completing the order process.


Replicable collections and handmade items may require additional production time. If the selected item requires a longer processing time, we will inform you by email.


Express shipping within Europe usually takes approximately 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.


For destinations outside Europe, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures and carrier operations.

As part of our commitment to a more sustainable business, our deliveries are managed through DHL’s GoGreen shipping initiative, supporting lower-impact shipping solutions.


We offer our signature gift packaging with every order. Your purchase will be carefully packed in our FSC® certified eco-friendly box, in line with our commitment to responsible packaging and a more conscious approach to luxury.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES


For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, local taxes, brokerage fees and customs clearance charges may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.


These charges are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not imposed, collected or retained by INGA s.n.c.


Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the recipient.


Please note that some international marketplaces and retailers may include duties and taxes within their retail prices. In such cases, these charges are still paid but are collected in advance and incorporated into the final selling price.


Customs regulations, duty rates and import taxes vary from country to country and may change without notice. INGA s.n.c. has no control over these government-imposed charges.


By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees and related charges required by the destination country.


REFUSAL OF DELIVERY DUE TO UNPAID DUTIES OR TAXES


Should an order be refused by the recipient due to the non-payment of duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees applied by the destination country, any return costs, customs charges, administrative fees and amounts charged by carriers for the return of the goods may be deducted from any refund due, where applicable.


Where such costs exceed the amount of any refund due, they may remain the responsibility of the recipient.


Duties, taxes and customs charges applied by the authorities of the destination country are not determined, collected or retained by INGA s.n.c. and remain solely the responsibility of the recipient.


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION


Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, customs inspections, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.


INGA s.n.c. is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or events outside our reasonable control.


The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.


If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs, return costs, customs charges or administrative fees may remain the responsibility of the customer.
